Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using ZapLister.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ZapLister you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
What ZapLister Does
ZapLister is a desktop automation tool that interacts with Facebook Marketplace on your behalf using your existing Facebook session. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook in any way.
Your use of ZapLister is subject to Facebook's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, or bans that Facebook may apply to your account as a result of automated activity.
License Types
ZapLister is sold as a subscription license tied to one or more Facebook accounts (email addresses or phone numbers). A single-account license (1 Email) may only be used with the Facebook account specified at activation. A multi-account license (Unlimited Emails) may be used with any number of Facebook accounts.
Demo License
A free 16-hour demo license is available at zaplister.com/demo. The demo grants full access to all features for the duration of the license. Demo licenses are intended for personal evaluation and may not be used for commercial production activity.
License Restrictions
You may not share, resell, or transfer your license to another person. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of ZapLister. Licenses are non-transferable.
Billing
Paid licenses are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. Annual plans are billed upfront and are equivalent to ten months of the monthly price. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription section inside the app or by contacting us. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refund Policy
If ZapLister does not work for your specific use case, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your situation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We recommend using the free demo before purchasing to confirm the product meets your needs.
No Warranty
ZapLister is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will work uninterrupted or that Facebook will not change its platform in ways that affect ZapLister's functionality.
Risk of Account Restrictions
Automating activity on Facebook carries an inherent risk of account restrictions or bans. Using ZapLister's "Post like a Human" mode and staying within reasonable usage limits significantly reduces this risk. However, we cannot guarantee that your account will not be affected. You use ZapLister at your own risk.
Maximum Liability
In no event shall ZapLister's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages.
