Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ZapLister before you start.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can get a free 16-hour demo license at zaplister.com/demo. No credit card required. The demo gives you full access to all features so you can try it before buying.
Do annual plans offer a discount?
Yes. Annual plans are equivalent to paying for 10 months and getting 12 — 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose the module for what you sell: Items, Vehicles, or Houses. Then decide if you need one Facebook account (1 Email license) or multiple accounts (Unlimited Emails license). Start with the free demo to confirm it works for you before purchasing.
Do you offer refunds?
If ZapLister doesn't work for your use case, contact us and we'll review your situation. Reach out via the contact form or by email.
What operating systems does ZapLister support?
ZapLister runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. You can download the installer for your platform from the success page after getting your license.
What modules are available?
ZapLister has three modules: Items (general products), Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, etc.), and Houses (real estate). Each module is sold separately so you only pay for what you need.
Is there a limit on how many listings I can post?
ZapLister has no internal posting limits. You can publish as many listings as you want. Any limits would come from Facebook itself.
What is the 'Post like a Human' mode?
It adds realistic delays between actions so that Facebook does not detect aggressive automated behavior. Recommended when posting large volumes of listings.
How many Facebook accounts can I use?
With a multi-account (Unlimited Emails) plan there is no limit. Single-account (1 Email) plans are tied to one Facebook email or phone number.
Can ZapLister get my Facebook account banned?
It is possible but unlikely with normal use. ZapLister's 'Post like a Human' mode mimics human behavior to reduce detection risk. Using a single account has never resulted in a ban. Using many accounts very aggressively—even manually—can trigger Facebook restrictions.
